WHAT HAPPENS?
You cut vegetables, stir pots, pour drinks, serve portions, greet and chat with those coming for a meal.
WHO CAN DO IT?
Everyone! Seniors, adults, parents and accompanied children. We need 4-6 people for each “shift”.
WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
Sundays 9:30AM to 1PM
Thursdays 3:00PM to 7:00PM
OR
divided to 3:00PM to 5:00PM (prepare food)
and 5PM to 7PM (serve food and clean up)
HOW DO WE GET THERE?
North Church is located at 4515 Superior Ave in Cleveland. That is right off the innerbelt at Superior and 45th.

Dougbe River Presbyterian School in Liberia(DRPSL)
Mission: DRPSL is open to all children regardless of religion, age, race, gender, or ethnic group. DRPSL stands for peace, unity, reconciliation, honesty, and development. DRPSL is a major foreign mission over-seen by The Presbytery of the Western Reserve.
Opportunity: Church members can offer a single donation or fund ongoing education for students by sponsorships( see the website for sponsorship details). DRPSL is mission supported by RR Presbyterian Women’s Assn. from the Trash and Treasure sales.
Relay For Life
Mission: Support the work of the American Cancer Society in cancer research at the national level.
Opportunity: Participate in a team walk at a designated track in Rocky River/Fairview Park held annually. Team members make individual donations to participate and support the mission.
North Coast Health

Mission: North Coast Health is a charity medical clinic providing health care to the medically under-served.
Opportunity:
- Volunteers for various internal clinic needs in daily operations( training is provided).
- Donate needed non-perishable items.
- Help provide financial support through direct donations

Christian Education at RR Presbyterian Church
Mission: Sunday school classes, and Christian Fellowship youth groups raise funds through direct donations, car washes, etc., and participate in annual mission trips to aid the underserved in communities across the mid-west.
Opportunities: Assist the church school staff with the programs.

Sunday Food Collections
Mission: Alleviate hunger in our local community by providing needed items for distribution through Rocky River Assistance. Food items are collected on the first Sunday of each month as well as a “special” collection on Harvest Sunday preceding Thanksgiving.
Opportunity: Bring suggested food items to church on the first Sunday each month for deposit in the Food Box located in the church vestibule. Financial donations are also welcomed.
